Take a walk

We always try to find a way to add some movement into our day. Working out is definitely our way to set aside time just for ourselves. But it doesn’t have to be an hour-long bootcamp class. It can just be as simple as getting away from your desk, getting outside, and going for a walk.

We both love doing face masks because it’s relaxing and great for our skin! We’re huge on taking care of our skin, so we try to do a mask a few times a week.

Watch a show on TV or Stream One

After a long day, one of our favorite self-care activities is to watch a show. We like to just relax on the couch in our PJs and watch something that makes us laugh!

Even though we spend most of our time together already, most of that time is spent talking about work. So it’s great to do something together that doesn’t involve work or stress us out.

Some of our current favorite shows are Schitt’s Creek, The Politician, and The Good Place.
