With practicing social distancing to flatten the curve of the spread of COVID-19 (or coronavirus) and a lot of gyms and fitness studios being closed, we’ve rounded a list of free at home workouts. We’ll be updating this list, so please feel free to send them our way!

Strength Training

- Training Mate – Free for current members or $99 to join (100% of proceeds will be going to payroll of staff while they’re closed)
- AARMY – Follow for IG Live workouts. They’ll be saved for 24 hours, so you can tune in later.
- Barry’s – IG Live workouts. Currently workouts are with no equipment. Starting Monday, March 23rd, they’ll have a band workout at least once per day on their Instagram. You can purchase their Band Together Fit Kit.
- Kayla Itsines BBG – You can either use the BBG eBooks for the workouts or the Sweat app. All can be purchased on her site.
- Love Sweat Fitness – Sign up here for free 6 week at home workout plan, or for a 30 day free trial of the app!
- Remi @rrayyme – Our friend Remi is hosting live workouts with her boyfriend Nate everyday at 9 am PST on her IG Live.
- Lindsey Harrod – Hosting IG live workouts. Check out her page for the schedule!
- Orangetheory – #OrangetheoryAtHome 30-min workouts available daily on their Instagram and website!
- Torch’d by Isaac Boots – Join daily on IG live for a workout at 8 am PST / 11 am EST. Then donate to No Kid Hungry.
- Matt Conrad & Melisfit – Our friends Matt & Melissa have been hosting IG Live workouts at 8 am PST/11 am EST. It’s a mix of HIIT and yoga.
- Chris Tye Walker – Chris Tye Walker is a Barry’s master trainer, and a ton of our friends swear by his classes. He’s been releasing workout videos on his YouTube.
- Recharge Method – Our friend Rachel @rachelrecharged is teaching her Recharge Method. Check out her IG for more info on times.

- Shayla Quinn – Our friend Shayla is hosting donation-based IG Live yoga flows (Venmo: @Shaylaquinn)
- Sky Ting – Live stream yoga class. They’re also taking donations to support the yoga instructors (Venmo: @skyting)
- Love Yoga – Live stream yoga classes. You can sign up on their Mindbody, and they’ll send you a link. Please check their schedule for classes and which ones are free.
- One Down Dog – Drop-in donation-based classes online via Zoom.
- Yoga with Adriene – Ton of videos available on YouTube. A lot of our friends highly recommend her videos!

- @Sweatinsd – Arielle is hosting a series of donation-based live workouts. Proceeds go to the fitness instructors, food banks, and Feeding America. Check out her Instagram for more info.
- SoulCycle Off the Bike – Check out their Instagram for workouts and inspiration off the bike.
- You can also always go for a walk or a run outside. It feels really great to get some fresh air and walk around. But please stay 6 feet from others! Just wave and smile to your neighbors instead of getting so close to them.

We’re not the best at working out at home since we love the energy of group fitness classes, but for the time being, we’re going to do our best to do these at home workouts! Since not everyone has a live-in accountability partner like us, let us know if you want us to be yours. We can do a group FaceTime or Zoom call and do these at home workouts together!
