So, if you follow us on Instagram (which you should be…), you probably know about our search for the hottest LA instructors, which started after Joanna started making hot instructors take their shirts off for photos. Yes, it sounds just a tad creepy, but also hilarious.
But we really took one for the team and spent hours searching on Instagram to see who we should include. It was such hard work, but someone had to do it… But let’s be real. None of you are here to read this. You just want photos and where/when they’re teaching. So, here’s our current list of the top 5. We’ll keep updating it as we find hot instructors.
*Disclaimer: We only picked fitness instructors, not those are who just personal trainers. We had to draw the line somewhere or else it’d be impossible to narrow it down to our top 5…
1. Matt Conrad

Not only is Matt hot (hello! Look at those abs…), but his classes are also insanely hard. He’s the only Barry’s instructor we’ll take. We refuse to take anyone else. He’s hilariously snarky and will call you on on your sh*t so fast if you slack in class, which we LOVE. If we’re paying $30 for a class, we want our money’s worth… You don’t get abs by laying on the bench.
2. Justin Norris
Hotness Level: 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Studio: LIT Method

Justin is one of the founders of LIT Method. Trust us when we say low impact doesn’t mean low intensity. We recently took his lower body focus class, and we were DYING.
3. Reuben Mourad
Hotness Level: 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Reuben not only has those abs, but he also eats donuts… Like really eats donuts. His classes at Training Mate are so hard too. He’ll really push you, especially on the rower.
4. Dacoda Clarke

We normally only take David at SoulCycle, but when we were doing this search for hot instructors, @soulrelatable_ told us to check out Dacoda. I mean… look at him. Plus we love that he was so okay with taking his shirt off for the photo.
5. Brian Kahn

We love taking class with Brian at Rumble. So Joanna was feeling a little shy this day and didn’t ask him to take his shirt off for the photo. But this Instagram post is proof.

Joanna insisted we include Conor aka Conz aka @conzsweetpics even though he teaches in Connecticut and New York.
