We’re definitely “yoginners” aka yoga beginners. Even though we know we should do more yoga, we rarely do. But we wanted to see if we could try some of these partner yoga poses for beginners! We wanted to challenge ourselves and see if we could master these since it’s a fun activity and they would look great in photos!
We found 5 easy partner yoga poses online and attempted them. Let us know how you think we did.
Heart
The second one was definitely the harder of the two! You really have to trust your partner to equally balance you and pull so you can lean forward.
Double Boat Pose
The advanced version of this is to hold each others’ hands while you’re in the boat pose!
Double Plank
This one can be a little tricky. It took us a little bit since we couldn’t figure out where our feet go. But it’s definitely easier if you’re about the same height!
Twin Tree
This one was our favorite! You can lean into each other a little to balance!
Double Bridge
Also loved this one! Really have to squeeze those glutes.
