Where We Worked Out This Week 11/26-30

So, we planed on working out like normal this week… but we didn’t. Our weekly workout schedule was M: Soul, T: Training Mate + Rumble, W: Training Mate, R: Soul, F: Training Mate, since we like to take our weekends a little bit slower.  But you know what? This is real life. We started this weekly workout series to hold ourselves accountable and to show you guys the real sh*t.

Monday 11/26 – SoulCycle with David

Outfits: Varley from Sculptique

Jo: My favorite way to start Monday morning! If I don’t take David’s class I feel like I’m going to lose my sh*t. I always think about how I felt during his class anytime I feel like yelling at someone during the day. LOL.

Grace: Still feeling like I’m recovering from all that drinking and eating this weekend 😵

Tuesday 11/20 – Rumble with Brian

Outfits: K-DEER
Shoes: SIX:02

TBH, we only made it to Rumble because our friend Geney was going… If she didn’t go, we wouldn’t have worked out on Tuesday either.

Jo: I love punching stuff. Went so hard definitely know I’m going to feel it tomorrow…

Grace: I love that in between rounds at Rumble you do something like a boxer shuffle or boxer sit up. Plus it feels so good and therapeutic to punch really, REALLY hard.

Wednesday 11/21 – Rest Day

Don’t know what happened… We literally have no excuse.

Thursday 11/22 – Rest Day … again

LOL. We missed our SoulCycle class…basically because it was raining in LA and no one knows how to handle rain in LA. Oops.

Friday 11/23 – Training Mate

Hit up Training Mate for LEG DAY. Woo! Best day ever.
