Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 6 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 6 Cups baby spinach (chopped)
  • 1/2 Cup heavy cream
  • 1/3 package cream cheese
  • 1/2 Tsp onion powder
  • 1 Tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 Tsp dried thyme
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Melt the butter in a large pan over medium heat.
  • Add the garlic clove and sautee until fragrant, around 1 minute.
  • Add the spinach and cook for 3 minutes, or until the spinach begins to wilt.
  • Pour the heavy cream, cream cheese, and the spices and stir to incorporate.
  • Cook until the cream cheese has melted and is fully incorporated.
  • Season with salt and pepper, and top with parmesan cheese.
