Instructions
Melt the butter in a large pan over medium heat.
Add the garlic clove and sautee until fragrant, around 1 minute.
Add the spinach and cook for 3 minutes, or until the spinach begins to wilt.
Pour the heavy cream, cream cheese, and the spices and stir to incorporate.
Cook until the cream cheese has melted and is fully incorporated.
Season with salt and pepper, and top with parmesan cheese.
