Ingredients

  • 1 package Purely Elizabeth Grain-Free Pancake Mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 2 tbsp water
  • Maple syrup (we used Lakanto Maple Flavored Syrup)
  • Perfect Bar Peanut Butter Cups (chopped)
  • blueberries

Instructions

  • Prepare pancake mix according to instructions. Whisk pancake mix, egg, water, and oil.
  • Put batter into squeeze bottle or Ziploc bag & cut out a hole.
  • Heat oil in skillet at medium heat.
  • Squeeze batter into skillet into small circles.
  • Cook until golden brown & flip.
  • Repeat until you've used the whole batter.
  • Cut up Perfect Bar peanut butter cups into smaller pieces.
  • Place pancakes into bowls.
  • Top with your choice of toppings like Perfect Bar Peanut Butter Cups, blueberries, and fruit. Add maple syrup (we used Lakanto maple flavored syrup for a low-carb option).
  • Enjoy!

Notes

  • Use a squeeze bottle.
  • If you don't have a squeeze bottle, you can use a Ziploc bag and cut a small hole.
