Prepare pancake mix according to instructions. Whisk pancake mix, egg, water, and oil.
Put batter into squeeze bottle or Ziploc bag & cut out a hole.
Heat oil in skillet at medium heat.
Squeeze batter into skillet into small circles.
Cook until golden brown & flip.
Repeat until you've used the whole batter.
Cut up Perfect Bar peanut butter cups into smaller pieces.
Place pancakes into bowls.
Top with your choice of toppings like Perfect Bar Peanut Butter Cups, blueberries, and fruit. Add maple syrup (we used Lakanto maple flavored syrup for a low-carb option).
